可快速更换模具，并且在运行中校正成型状态；采用照相检测鉴别和剔除漏装或装入不完整药品的板块；泡罩包装与装盒机连接更为协调，冲裁下来的板块直接进入储槽，成为装盒机的一部分；提高了产品的可靠性。
